Terms and Conditions Apply. All items must be checked and tested at the time of purchase, either at the store or upon delivery to the customer’s address. Once purchased and collected or delivered, all items are STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. The manufacturer’s warranty applies. All special order items, including products not available in-store and specially ordered for the customer, are strictly non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable from the date of payment. Future-dated delivery or collection cannot be cancelled for any special order items. For items delivered by a courier company, any goods with damaged packaging must be rejected at the time of delivery. For items delivered by a courier company, faulty goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with valid photographic or video evidence provided. Postage for all approved returns is to be paid by the customer. We reserve the right to reject any returns on hygienic grounds to ensure the safety of our customers. Sheen Mobility will not be responsible for any delays caused by parcel delivery companies. Any decisions regarding the purchase of products or spare parts are made at the customer’s own risk. Sheen Mobility will provide all available options but will not be held responsible for any purchase decisions made by the customer. For any repair or maintenance under warranty, the product must be brought to our store. Store collection orders must be collected within thirty days. If uncollected, storage charges of £1 per day per cubic foot will apply. If unpaid and uncollected within ninety days, the product will be disposed of without further notification, and no refund will be issued. For all export orders, any additional overseas taxes and duties will be payable by the recipient. All RENTAL products must be returned in original condition on time. All rental bookings are strictly non-refundable from the date of payment. Any changes to rental bookings will incur additional charges.
