The Freeway SA180C is a compact sit-to-stand aid that can support elderly or disabled people with limited mobility. When used with the Freeway Thoracic Sling, it provides the ultimate sit-to-stand combination. The SA180C compact stand aid and sling work harmoniously to give a very gentle and secure lift experience. As a result, the user is moved more naturally – forwards and upwards – providing support in the lower back, under the feet and lower legs throughout the lift.

This easy-to-use stand aid reduces the risk and strain to caregivers and is perfect for everyday use in both professional and homecare environments. A considerable benefit of a stand aid is that it is mobile and versatile so that a single unit can care for multiple people living in different rooms.

The stand aid features an adjustable lifting arm positioned at an angle to reduce pressure and drag under the arms. This helps to provide a safe and comfortable sit-to-stand movement.
