Powered SmartAssist Rehabilitation Walker/Wheelchair
Designed to support both everyday walking and rehabilitation programmes. When it’s time to sit and rest, the device
can be used as an attendant-guided wheelchair. SmartAssist technology significantly reduces the effort required by
the attendant, offering the same flexible assisted-drive options:
Biometrically activated speed-sensing resistant drive with three speed
- settings (S) – ideal for control and stability, including downhill use
Biometrically activated speed-sensing assisted drive with three speed
- settings (F) – providing effortless support on uphill terrain
Autonomous powered assisted drive with three manual speed settings (F)
Electric Wheelchair Mode
For maximum independence, the Alerta Medical Powered Rollator can also be used as a fully autonomous electric
wheelchair. Dual controls are positioned both at the attendant handle and conveniently at the tip of the ergonomically
shaped comfort armrest, allowing the seated user full access to the powered assisted-drive system with three manual
speed settings (F).
